Our Journey
Turkey Coach was founded in 2015 by Mehmet Yilmaz and Aylin Kaya, two seasoned business professionals who recognized a gap in the Turkish entrepreneurial landscape. After years of witnessing talented entrepreneurs struggle to scale their businesses due to lack of strategic guidance, they decided to combine their expertise to create a coaching company specifically tailored to the unique challenges of the Turkish market.
Starting with just three clients in a small office in Istanbul, the company quickly gained recognition for its personalized approach and measurable results. By 2017, Turkey Coach had expanded to Ankara and Izmir, and in 2019, established its headquarters in the beautiful coastal city of Kuşadası to better serve clients throughout the Aegean region.
Over the years, we've grown from a two-person operation to a team of 15 specialized coaches and support staff, serving hundreds of businesses across Turkey and internationally. Our growth has been organic, fueled by client referrals and a reputation for delivering tangible business improvements rather than theoretical concepts.
Today, Turkey Coach stands as the premier business coaching company in Turkey, bridging local business practices with global best practices, and helping entrepreneurs navigate the complexities of modern markets while honoring traditional business values.

Mehmet Yilmaz
Founder & CEO
With over 20 years of experience in business development and corporate leadership, Mehmet brings strategic vision and deep market knowledge to Turkey Coach. Prior to founding the company, he held executive positions at several multinational corporations and led successful business transformations across various industries.
Mehmet holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and is a certified executive coach with the International Coaching Federation.
Aylin Kaya
Co-Founder & Chief Coaching Officer
Aylin specializes in leadership development and organizational psychology, helping business owners build effective teams and create positive company cultures. Her approach combines academic rigor with practical applications, making complex psychological concepts accessible and actionable for clients.
She holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology from Oxford University and has published several influential papers on entrepreneurial leadership in emerging markets.
Kerem Ozturk
Director of Business Strategy
Kerem leads our strategic planning and market analysis services, helping clients identify growth opportunities and develop robust business plans. His analytical approach combined with creative problem-solving has helped numerous businesses successfully enter new markets and scale operations.
Before joining Turkey Coach, Kerem worked as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company and led strategy for several Turkish startups that achieved successful exits.
Zeynep Demir
International Relations Director
Zeynep manages our international coaching programs and partnerships, bridging cultural gaps for businesses expanding globally. Her multilingual capabilities and cross-cultural expertise help clients navigate complex international business environments and build strong relationships across borders.
Zeynep previously served as a diplomatic attaché and has extensive experience in international trade development between Turkey and European markets.
